2007-2008 CHEMICAL SERVICES POLICIES:

Our goal is to be sure that your swimming pool / spa water is held within acceptable limits to ensure proper sanitation. The combination of properly balanced water, and adequate filtration, will keep your water clear, and healthy. Adequate filtration is defined as circulation through a filtering system, in proper working order, enough time to turn over the entire body of water in your pool at least once per day. In most cases, but not all, it will prevent the growth of algae in the pool water.

Our chemical services do not include netting, brushing, vacuuming, filter cleaning, or the removal of debris from skimmers or pool equipment. In some cases, one or more of these items will need to be done in order to keep algae from attaching itself to the walls of the pool or spa. Filter cleanings and repairs are available at additional cost. The frequency of our visits is determined by the needs of the pool, based on temperature. Generally, in the summer months we will visit your pool every week. From November to March, we usually visit your pool every other week. During the weeks including Christmas and New Years Day we do not visit your pool, at all. Our technicians will fill out the card left in your time box upon each visit. We also maintain, at our facility, a log of your water condition based on our tests upon arrival each visit. A calendar listing each visit will be mailed to you, at your request. We will attempt to visit your pool on its scheduled day. If your gate is usually locked, we will need you to provide us with a key, or lock combination. If you choose to unlock your gate for us, rather than provide a key, please be sure to do so on your scheduled day. If you have an unfriendly dog, and our service technician feels any risk at all, we will not enter the backyard. Return visits due to lockouts or dog problems are not provided for, and can only be done at additional cost. If a delay, beyond our control, causes us to postpone your visit to another day, we will attempt to contact you, as soon as possible.

PRICING & BILLING:

Our current pricing is as follows: $44.99 per month for an average size residential pool, or pool/spa combo, sharing common water and equipment. $5.00 additional per month for a spa that operates separately from the pool. Return visits due to lockouts or dog problems will be billed at $15.00 extra, per incident. No Refunds for no access. Prices can change with 15 day written notice via US Mail. We do not bill for these services. To help keep our pricing low, you must sign up for our automatic credit card program. Your major credit card will be billed at the start of each month, for that month’s service. If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible, however, services will be suspended until the credit card charge is approved. There will be no credit issued for the visits missed if your credit card is declined, then later approved.

Customer Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel our service for any reason, please call us. We will provide you with a cancellation form for you to sign so that we may discontinue credit card billings. We reserve the right to discontinue service without notice for non payment, including if your credit card has been declined. We do not provide credit for the visits that we did not provide because of non payment.
